Our help line can identify most problems by remote diagnostics and in many cases solutions can be implemented immediately without a site visit; and don't forget you'll almost certainly talk to an engineer right away!

Where a site visit is required it will be undertaken in line with the category of maintenance cover that is chosen; we'll endeavor to at all times to do our best to fix problems as fast as possible so you'll receive prompt attention and consideration...


We provide a scaled maintenance structure and although critical to many customers, some prefer to select none contract arrangements with us. Well unlike others, that’s no problem, we'll work just as hard for you and not charge the earth for callouts and fault finding…
For our standard maintenance cover we provide the following service arrangements  
Category A

  • Monday to Friday: 9.00am - 5.00pm
    (bank holidays excluded)
  • System failure in excess of 20%:
    4 working hours response
  • Minor system faults:
    16 working hours response

Category B

  • Monday to Saturday: 9.00am - 5.00pm
    (bank holidays excluded)
  • System failure in excess of 20%:
    4 working hours response
  • Minor system faults:
    16 working hours response

Category C

  • 365 days a year, 24 hours a day without exception
  • System failure in excess of 20%:
    4 working hours response
  • Minor system faults: 16 working hours response

Category D

  • Monday to Friday: 9.00am - 5.00pm
    (bank holidays excluded)
  • Any level of system failure: 4 working hours response

Category E

  • Individually tailored solutions including mixed cover across multiple sites and even Pay As You Go 24 hour cover
  • Any level of system failure: 4 working hours response
