Voicemail / Auto Attendant
The use of voice mail means you can keep in
touch even when on the move.
You can retrieve messages remotely using a password or
the system will call you automatically at any number to
forward your messages. Different outgoing messages can
be left for callers, e.g. during holiday periods, and
messages can be automatically forwarded to a colleague
in your absence if necessary

Automated answering is a system that directs callers to
the right department.
This frees up the operator’s time considerably,
although there should always be an option available to
speak to an operator personally. |
